Tarp Tipi DIY
Posted: Sun Oct 10, 2010 1:08 amA Tarp Tipi. Easy to build with just a tarp, some straight sticks and some parachute cord or rope.
There are different versions of the Tarp Tipi, but a simple nice looking one is here:

Also can make the Indian style tarp tipi as well. Just one or two large tarps (which ever size you have on hand) and put some large poles together and tie it at the top, stand it up and toss over your tarp leaving your chimney at the top so you can also build a fire inside to keep warm.
Also can use a smaller tarp on the floor to have a nice clean floor to sleep on.
